We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Processing time

Ships within 2 to 5 days. Personalized and made-to-order pieces may enter production shortly after an order is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the carrier and available tracking information.

Estimated delivery

Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped.

Estimated transit times:

  • United States: 2-7 business days
  • Canada: 10-30 business days

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 1 hour of ordering. We will do our best to help, but address changes are not guaranteed once production, packing, or fulfillment begins.

We ship to the address provided with the order.

Tracking says delivered, but the package is missing

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with your household, nearby neighbors, and your building's mailroom or office, if applicable.

Please allow two days in case the carrier scanned it early, then contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help with the appropriate next step, including a carrier inquiry when available.

Tracking has stopped updating

Carrier tracking can occasionally pause between scans.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number. We will review the available shipping information and help determine the appropriate next step.

Returns

Non-personalized pieces purchased as shown may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalized pieces are final sale for a change of mind. We do not offer exchanges.
