Memory That Lasts LLC (“Memory That Lasts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates memorythatlasts.com.

We sell jewelry and gifts online to customers in the United States and Canada. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the privacy choices and rights that may be available to you.

Production and fulfillment providers receive the order, personalization, recipient, and other information needed to prepare and fulfill your purchase.

Shipping carriers receive information needed to deliver and track your package.

Marketing, analytics, and advertising

Marketing, communications, analytics, and advertising providers may process information needed to manage subscriptions, measure store and advertising performance, and, where permitted, provide relevant advertising.

Reviews and customer support
