Is your jewelry real gold?
Our jewelry is not solid gold. Our engraved jewelry is made from stainless steel, with 18K gold PVD and 18K rose gold PVD finish options on select designs. Some ready-made pieces feature 14K or 18K gold plating over brass or stainless steel. Other styles feature gold-tone finishes, sterling silver, polished stainless steel or silver-tone metals. Each product page identifies the specific metal and finish, so you know exactly what you're choosing.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our engraved pieces are 316L stainless steel, and our ready-to-wear pieces come in a range of metals and finishes. Like all jewelry, any finish can change with wear and time. To help keep yours looking its best, take it off before showering or swimming, keep it away from lotion and perfume, and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 2 to 5 days, and shipping is free to the U.S. and Canada. Delivery to Canadian addresses takes longer, so leave extra time. We email your tracking link as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I return my order?
Pieces you buy as shown can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in their original packaging. You pay the tracked return shipping. Pieces engraved with your own name, date or words are final sale if you change your mind.
Either way, Our Guarantee covers damage, defects, a wrong item or an engraving error we made: tell us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos, and once we confirm it we will replace, remake or refund it at no cost to you.
How do I find my ring size?
Most of our ready-to-wear rings are adjustable open bands. Our engraved signet rings come in US sizes 6, 7 and 8. Measure straight across the inside of a ring that already fits and pick the closest match: size 6 = 16.5 mm, size 7 = 17.3 mm, size 8 = 18.1 mm. Browse our rings.

How much is shipping?
Standard tracked shipping is free on every order to the U.S. and Canada. We don't offer expedited shipping right now.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, free. Canadian shoppers see prices in Canadian dollars. Your order may have taxes, duties or carrier fees that aren't collected at checkout; these are set by the government or the carrier.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking link the day your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam and promotions folders, then contact us with your order number.
Will it arrive in time for a holiday or birthday?
We can't guarantee arrival by a specific date. Orders ship within 2 to 5 days plus delivery time, so order as early as you can when the date matters.
What if tracking says delivered but I can't find the package?
Check with your household, nearby neighbors and any building mailroom or office first. Please allow two days in case the carrier scanned it early, then contact us with your order number so we can review the tracking and next steps.

How do I start a return?
Start a request on our Report a Problem page within 14 days of delivery, and wait for our approval before mailing anything. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Can I return a pre-engraved zodiac or birth flower piece?
Yes. A pre-engraved piece you buy as shown, without adding your own text, counts as non-personalized, so it can be returned within 14 days of delivery if it meets our return conditions. Browse our zodiac jewelry and birth flower necklaces.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. Return an eligible piece, then place a new order for the one you want.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us right away, ideally within 1 hour of ordering. Changes aren't guaranteed once production begins.
What if my piece arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us the Report a Problem form with clear photos within 14 days of delivery. Once we confirm it, we replace, remake or refund it, depending on the situation. If it needs to come back, we pay the return shipping.

What are your engraved pieces made of?
Our engraved pieces are 316L surgical-grade stainless steel. Depending on the design, they come in an 18K gold PVD finish, an 18K rose gold PVD finish or polished stainless steel, and each product page names the finish offered. The design is laser engraved in the U.S. rather than applied as a printed design.
What are your ready-to-wear pieces made of?
Most are 18K or 14K gold plated brass or stainless steel; others are sterling silver, polished stainless steel, zinc alloy or silver-tone brass. Some designs feature cultured freshwater pearls, zirconia or natural stones. Each product page lists every material.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while swimming?
Water guidance varies by design. To help protect the finish, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering or swimming. Check the product page for the care guidance that applies to your piece.
I have sensitive skin. What should I choose?
Materials vary by piece, so check each product page before you order. Our engraved pieces are 316L stainless steel. For ready-to-wear, our supplier confirms its gold plated brass pieces are made without a nickel layer in the plating. If you have a known metal allergy, ask your doctor which metals are right for you.
Are your pearls real?
Pieces labeled "cultured freshwater pearl" have real pearls, grown in freshwater mussels, so each one varies slightly in shape and color. A few designs use imitation pearls, and their pages say "imitation pearl."
How do I care for my jewelry?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Store each piece on its own, away from moisture. Put it on after lotion and perfume, not before.

How long are the necklace chains?
Most engraved necklaces come on an 18-inch chain. Ready-to-wear lengths vary, and every product page lists the exact length.

Yes. Every order arrives gift-ready: engraved pieces come in a white jewelry box, and ready-to-wear pieces come in a box with our heart logo.
