Personalized items are made specifically for you, which means standard returns don't apply once your piece has been engraved. But here's what we promise:

If there's any defect or error in your engraving, we'll remake it free. No return shipping. No hassle.

That's our guarantee, and we mean it simply. If your piece arrives damaged, if the engraving doesn't match what you entered, or if there's any quality issue we'd be embarrassed by – we fix it. We'll send you a replacement at no cost and ask nothing in return except a photo so we can understand what went wrong.

What we cover:

  • Engraving errors or misspellings that are our mistake
  • Defects in the metal, coating, or chain
  • Items damaged in transit

What we can't cover:

  • Personalized items returned because of a change of preference – since each piece is custom-made, we can't resell it. We do ask that you review the personalization field carefully before placing your order.
  • Engraving errors caused by a typo in your order – but if you catch it before production starts, reach out to us immediately through our contact form and we'll do our best to correct it.

Shipping Guarantee

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated window and tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us. We'll either locate the shipment or send a replacement – whichever is faster.
