Creator Program Application
We accept a limited number of creators each cycle. All applications are reviewed individually.
FTC Disclosure
All creators approved for this program receive a complimentary product in exchange for honest content. Per FTC guidelines, all content created in connection with this program must clearly and conspicuously disclose the gifted nature of the collaboration, for example: "#ad", "#gifted", or "gifted by Memory That Lasts". Disclosures must appear at the beginning of the caption or content, not buried in hashtags.
Usage Rights
By participating in the Memory That Lasts Creator Program, you grant Memory That Lasts a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share, repost, and feature your content across our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. You retain full ownership of your content. We will always credit you by tagging your account. If you wish to have content removed, contact us and we will honor your request promptly.
