Welcome to Memory That Lasts™. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

**1. Services Provided**
We create custom watercolor-style portraits based on photos you provide. All artwork is a stylized interpretation and may differ from your original image.

**2. Ordering and Payment**
Full payment is required at checkout. You will receive a digital proof for approval before final production.

**3. Revisions and Cancellations**
We offer unlimited revisions before final approval. Orders cannot be canceled after final approval is given.

**4. Intellectual Property**
You confirm you have the rights to any photos submitted. We retain the right to display anonymized examples of our work unless you request otherwise in writing.

**5. Limitation of Liability**
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
